How we support you

Personal Care : Getting out of bed, washing, dressing and preparing for the day or settling down for the evening and going to bed.

Routine Household Tasks: Light domestic cleaning, including laundry and linen changes, meal preparation and pet care.

 Getting out and about : Our carers can also accompany you to get out of the house safely and with confidence, whether it’s a visit to friends or relatives, a trip to a day centre, a hospital or a doctor appointment.

Managing Medication : Our carers will assist you with administering your medication on time and making sure you receive the correct dosage.

Mobility Support: Our trained carers can help you get into and out of bed and move around your home with confidence, as well as assisting with physiotherapy exercises. 

Social Interaction: Our carers can provide you with valuable company throughout the week, ensuring you don’t experience loneliness or isolation. 
Meals and Cooking: Our caregivers can cook your preferred meals, beverages, and snacks whenever you like, and they will also handle the cleaning and tidying up afterward. Additionally, they can make healthy dishes that follow a particular dietary plan. 

Errands and Shopping: We provide services to assist with your day-to-day life, whether you are too busy to pop out to pick up your prescription or have an urgent errand that needs running
